By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

3. Products and Availability
We sell footwear and related accessories. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
4. Pricing and Errors
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or inaccuracy on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund for any amount charged.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud and risk screening. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after processing. Full details, including processing times and lost package procedures, are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, we ask that you contact us at contact@walklineco.com before opening a payment dispute, so that we can resolve it quickly through a replacement or refund. We respond to all support requests within 24 to 48 business hours.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and page design, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before pursuing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at contact@walklineco.com and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
